Ja que aix\u00f2 podria afectar els nois o noies en el seu esport <strong>podent arribar a un esgotament mental i f\u00edsic<\/strong> (burnout), comunament conegut com a \u201ccremar-se\u201d. <\/p><p>Aquest esgotament es tradueix en p\u00e8rdua de motivaci\u00f3, cansament i irritabilitat constantment, i en molts casos, quan arriben a l&#8217;etapa dels 15-16 anys, on aquests ja comen\u00e7a a decidir sobre la seva vida, la ren\u00fancia a seguir jugant.<\/p><p>Per aix\u00f2, veurem com <strong>prevenir aquest esgotament en els joves esportistes<\/strong> i donarem un parell d&#8217;idees per comen\u00e7ar a crear un entorn que promogui el seu benestar i desenvolupament personal.<\/p><h4>Qu\u00e8 entenem per Esgotament Esportiu?<\/h4><p><strong>L \u201cesgotament o burnout esportiu \u00e9s un estat de desgast f\u00edsic i mental que es dona quan l\u201d esport deixa de ser una activitat que es gaudeix i es torna en una font d \u201cestr\u00e8s i pressi\u00f3 personal<\/strong>. Els joves que experimenten aquest esgotament solen mostrar cansament extrem, una baixada del seu rendiment exagerada, que se sol acompanyar de falta de ganes i estat d\u201d \u00e0nim ap\u00e0tic, trist&#8230; <\/p><p>Recon\u00e8ixer aquests senyals d&#8217; esgotament pot ajudar a prevenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives en el desenvolupament esportiu i personal dels esportistes. Per aix\u00f2 us deixo alguns s\u00edmptomes principals: <\/p><ul><li>P\u00e8rdua de motivaci\u00f3: L&#8217;esportista mostra poc inter\u00e8s a entrenar i competir.<\/li><li>Cansament: Tot i descansar, continua sentint-se esgotat.<\/li><li>Canvis d&#8217; humor: Irritabilitat, tristesa o fins i tot conductes agressives.<\/li><li>Baix rendiment: El seu nivell de joc disminueix, tot i seguir entrenant amb la mateixa freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>La motivaci\u00f3<\/strong> o els motius d&#8217; entrenar i fer esport <strong>en els joves s&#8217; ha de centrar en el gaudi, l&#8217; aprenentatge<\/strong> i desenvolupament de la seva autonomia. Per aix\u00f2 veurem algunes estrat\u00e8gies per mantenir el seu inter\u00e8s i benestar. <\/p><p><strong>Gestionar el temps entre oci, entrens, estudis,<\/strong> ens hem d&#8217;assegurar que hi hagi temps suficient per a altres activitats socials o acad\u00e8miques. <strong>El descans i la diversi\u00f3 ajuden a reduir el risc d&#8217;esgotament<\/strong> i que l&#8217;esport continu\u00ef sent una experi\u00e8ncia positiva.<\/p><p><strong>Fomentar autonomia dels joves<\/strong> en la presa de decisions sobre en quins esports practicar o com triar les disciplines que volen practicar i acompanyar-los a establir els seus propis objectius. Per exemple: podries apuntar al vostre fill\/a a diversos esports que creieu interessants per\u00f2 que la decisi\u00f3 de quedar-se en una disciplina, pugui dependre d \u201cambdues parts tant fills com adults. Aix\u00f2 redueix la sensaci\u00f3 d\u201d obligaci\u00f3 i augmenta el seu comprom\u00eds personal.  <\/p><p><strong>Refor\u00e7ar l \u00abesfor\u00e7 i el proc\u00e9s<\/strong>, hem d\u00bb enfocar els nostres refor\u00e7os i converses cap al seu progr\u00e9s personal i sobre l \u00abesfor\u00e7 que est\u00e0 fent, en les seves millores. En lloc d\u00bb enfocar-se nom\u00e9s a guanyar. Comentaris com \u00abt \u201chas esfor\u00e7at molt\u201d o \u201cm\u201d agrada com intentes superar la situaci\u00f3\u00bb promouen un entorn adequat.  <\/p><p>Una de les claus (sin\u00f3 la m\u00e9s important) \u00e9s<strong>el suport emocional i la comunicaci\u00f3 oberta amb els pares.<\/strong> Escoltar els vostres fills o filles i tractar d&#8217;orientar aquestes fites que ells us diguin, ajudar\u00e0 a la seva tranquil\u00b7litat.<\/p><p>D \u201caltra banda, els<strong>entrenadors han de ser capa\u00e7os d\u201d ajustar les c\u00e0rregues d \u201centrenament i proporcionar un feedback adequat<\/strong> i orientat a fomentar el desenvolupament integral del jove, no nom\u00e9s en l\u201d esportiu, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en el personal.<\/p><p>L&#8217;esport ha de ser una font d&#8217;alegria i aprenentatge, no d&#8217;estr\u00e8s i esgotament.
