En aquest sentit, els tipus de pensaments que els podrem dividir en dues modalitats. <\/p><p>La primera forma de pensament serien aquells que estan relacionats amb imatges mentals i el segon tipus de pensament seran aquells relacionats amb l&#8217;autodi\u00e0leg o autoparla, la forma que tenim de parlar-nos a nosaltres mateix durant la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva, que ens diem, com ens ho diem&#8230; que hem tractat en altres articles del blog.<\/p><p>Avui ens centrarem en el primer tipus de pensament, aquells que tenen a veure amb les imatges mentals. D \u201caquesta manera, igual que per poder millor t\u00e8cnicament, f\u00edsicament o t\u00e0cticament necessitem entrenar la nostra forma d\u201d imaginar. A m\u00e9s realitzar aquest entreno de manera planificada en diferents moments i amb un objectiu marcat que ens permeti poder construir imatges que ens ajudin a competir i entrenar de la millor forma possible.  <\/p><p>Per aix\u00f2 hem d \u201caprendre a assajar en imaginaci\u00f3 o mentalment situacions, t\u00e8cniques o moviments concrets que es puguin donar en la competici\u00f3 o en el nostre esport. Primer, hem d\u201d estar en un moment de relaxaci\u00f3, de calma. Aqu\u00ed podr\u00edem realitzar exercicis de relaxaci\u00f3.  <\/p><p>A partir d&#8217;aquest estat relaxat hem d&#8217;aportar est\u00edmuls espec\u00edfics que impliquin diferents sentits, al principi comen\u00e7arem amb un m\u00ednim de sentits, per al final intentar imaginar amb tots els sentits auditiu, t\u00e0ctil, visual&#8230; perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;assembli el m\u00e0xim possible a la realitat. I aquest entrenament en imaginaci\u00f3 l&#8217;hem de repetir, estructurar-lo, ja sigui una acci\u00f3 concreta del joc, una t\u00e8cnica, postura&#8230; segons necessitat i situaci\u00f3 de l&#8217; esportista. <\/p><p>Per poder aconseguir que aquesta situaci\u00f3 imaginada ens porti a imaginar que realitzem la situaci\u00f3 correctament, i aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 que posteriorment en competici\u00f3 ens focalitzem en el moment present tenint aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de confian\u00e7a, &#8220;flow&#8221; en qu\u00e8 ja m&#8217;he enfrontat a aquesta situaci\u00f3 i hem rendit al m\u00e0xim nivell.<\/p><p>Com a exemple podem veure com un golfista en el moment d&#8217;anar en cam\u00ed feia un putt crucial li poden venir diferents imatges sobre la seva experi\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xima, pot que hagi fallat anteriorment, o que la situaci\u00f3 sigui tensa ja que ha de ficar la bola per seguir en competici\u00f3&#8230; En aquesta situaci\u00f3 el poder visualitzar r\u00e0pidament situacions positives pr\u00e8vies, haver entrenat aquesta situaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s f\u00edsicament i t\u00e8cnicament sin\u00f3 mentalment, podr\u00e0 ajudar a focalitzar en el present a calmar aquests nervis i fer que els pensaments siguin m\u00e9s positius i funcionals per a ell eliminant possibles dubtes, fent que l&#8217; activaci\u00f3 es rebaixi i l&#8217; ajudi a poder tenir un bon rendiment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88912fe elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"88912fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"http:\/\/calendly.com\/andres-diez-psicologo\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Si vols que t'ajudi<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mentre competim o entrenem en el nostre esport, estem constantment pensant, ens venen al cap pensaments, aquests poden estar relacionats amb el joc o amb mil coses diferents.
